When I first started out illustrating in Photoshop, I went by a different name Kandace Wright or Kandee Wright. I’ve been using Photoshop to “paint” my artwork using custom brushes I created and the ones that come with Photoshop. I paint with acrylics on canvas, although rarely. I perfer the digital medium. But there is a certain satisfaction in painting on a canvas with no ctrl-z or hue shift option because you have to make it work..
